My sweet callers…you are important to me. I have listed my normal schedule below. This will make it much easier for you to have me all to yourself at a time that works for you. Any changes to my normal schedule will be posted here as well.
You can find me available for your calls:
Monday through Sunday: 6 pm – 3 am EST, with a dinner break in the evening.
Available by appointment outside of these hours. Please email me at least 4 hours ahead to arrange. Requesting the day ahead is best.
CHANGES: Saturday, August 28th…..off all day to celebrate my birthday!
I want to make it as easy as possible for you to reach me, set an appointment with me, or even chat with me! Do read the following so you will know how best to reach me and the various options you have.
Please note the following :
- All my hours are noted in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- I take calls most days, but my hours can deviate. Check here for updates/changes.
- Hours are posted about 1 week in advance.
- Because my start times can be approximate, watch for my status to appear as “available” on our site if you want to catch me right at the
beginning of my posted hours for any shift. Also, when my hours must change at the last minute, I update that here AND on my Yahoo Messenger status. - My vacations are planned well in advance, and they will be posted here as far ahead as possible. If I will be available for any calls
when I am on vacation, that will be noted on my schedule as well. Those time slots fill up fast. It is recommended you make an appointment - Free Chat Time I like to make myself available to you for FREE chat times.
Free Chat Time:
You can check my Yahoo Messenger status for my next FREE chat time. During those times, I will be available in the chat room and for IM chat on Yahoo. I also chat in IM as my schedule allows.
Appointments With Me:
Because of the high demand on my time, I recommend you set an appointment if possible. Sometimes I can take an appointment outside of my scheduled hours. Ask at least 24 hours ahead via email. That appointment is set when you receive a confirmation email back from me. When you set an appointment with me, dispatch will reserve your time-slot, so it’s a great way to make sure you can get through! No being disappointed or having to wait for a call-back. And don’t forget we now have “Click-to-Call”. Use that and reach me in one quick step! You may propose an appointment by sending me *e-mail*. That address can be found on all of my bio pages, such as this one.
If you want to find out whether I’m currently available for a call, just take a look at my blog page. High, on the right sidebar on this page (and on any page in my blog) is a little telephone with my availability listed. If I am on a call, it will be yellow. So all you have to do is take a look at that little widget and it will give you my up-to-the-minute status!
My IM Schedule and Guidelines:
I am always happy to get to know you in IM or email before a call. Again, my scheduled FREE chat times will be posted on my Yahoo Messenger status.
You may feel free to add me to your IM address book! Once you do, you’ll also be able to see my IM status with my current availability, such as “On a
Call”; “Off Doing Goddess Things…Back by 3pm”; “Next Appointment Available at 10 pm” or “Next FREE chat 3-4pm”. Please note that I often use the “Busy”
status when dealing with a high volume of IMs or e-mails. So “Busy” doesn’t mean I’m on a call, but when you see that status, you may find my response
time a bit slower because of the cries for my attention! Only “On a Call” means I am currently on a call.
When I am on a call, my caller gets my undivided attention. I’m not responding to IM’s or emails at that time. So if I do not respond to you online within a few minutes,you will know that I am already giving my full attention to my caller. You can double-check my status message to be certain. *IMPORTANT*: Just in case you noticed it and contemplated using it, the “Buzz” function in chat may be tempting, but using it is guaranteed to make no difference whatsoever in how quickly I return your IM. Once I am finished with my current call, I will answer all my messages in the order in which they were received. It’s only fair, right?
